For 15 years, the Daloa Historic Green Cars ran on the North Daloa Transit Green Line. With the planned expansion of the Green Line past Daloa Park, the historic streetcars on the route would have to be taken off the rails. The solution North Daloa Transit has to this problem is to create a new historic "Green Line," and renaming the old Green Line to the Blue Line. The new Green Line uses a refurbished Green Car fleet to take commuters and tourists from Stanley Station to Downtown Daloa. It follows a similar route to NDT Route 14, so Route 14 was shifted one block to the west.


The northern terminus is actually a short walk from Stanley Station. The terminal has two platforms, so streetcars don't pile up.


The 3rd Avenue/Packard St Station. Historic streetcar tracks and Blue Line tracks cross each other, sometimes causing traffic during peak hours. The Packard Street Subway is being built so  Blue Line trains bypass this intersection and will eventually connect with the First Avenue Tunnel.


At the south end, the 3rd Avenue/N Bay St Station allows transfers onto the Red(Eastbound), Blue(Westbound), and Yellow lines.
