Since a couple of folks requested this recently, I'll put the files I edited here in an attachment. I don't know whether this is proper modding in any way, but it works for me, so...   These block the maxis freight train cars and the caboose.

I agree, Wetsom's pic is really great! I think those walls are SFBT ones found on the LEX but I can't say for sure...

Not sure either but I believe the SFBT soundwalls are larger. If I'm not mistaken these walls can be found in one of the CSX mega prop packs (1 t/m 7) or they're the ones that come with one of Jestarr's downloads (Bubba Bait shop or something). In any case, they're totally on the right spot, very nice pic Wetsom.

I admit that these walls are extremly good though for this use 
and I have never seen someone use them before

I have already the SFBT soundwalls, they're different. As Girafe said, i never seen something similar too, anyway thery'r simply perfect for that use.
It Would be awesome to have that walls as a downloadable lots set. Often it's not easy to create easily realistic transitions from railroads\railyards to urban, suburban or rural areas.

Railway spiral, losing about 25m height. I have several slope mods, with maximum grades between 0.5 and 2.5%, so this is not a gimmick - it's necessary.
