Holambra did reverse a difficult situation, but other cities are suffering with some complicated problems, such as Alphaville! Alphaville suffers from a problem like Maracaina, in other words, a rapid development and with little urban planning! This fast growth make the streets without paving in a big part of the town, and with heavy traffic, despite the large number of public transport! The incentive of growth that Maracaina gave as example to some cities seem to have been a bad idea!
