After having driven through some of the deserts around here (especially US 395) I love the open curving road through the relatively barren area (and it looks really well done), but I really like the plaza in Fledder's pic along with the surrounding buildings. I suppose I can buy the renovating thing... I'll cast my vote for Fledder.

I actually think that mg's pic is brilliant apart from the duplicated dollar tree store. 

I can't find anything wrong with fledder's, so it gets my vote.

Both very nice pic's and a close call. Mightygoose's has a bit more life (how much did McD's pay to get permission to build next to the school  ), but I think Fledders selection of lots is just enough to edge over the line first.
