I like your picture, the city itself is great, but I don't like the water and there are to many boats imo.

Gonna go with mightygoose here.  Derwilly's has a good concept, but the water looks a little crowded with all the boats.  And while both SOMY's cruise ship and PEG's small boats are good in themselves, they aren't scaled to each other (and the Simtanic incredibly under scaled compared to both of them).
