I'd hate to deny Nardo of an HoF entry here, but I'm voting for the picture I think looks best.  The area in Ennedi's picture is very well done, with the great blend of buildings and parks.  Plus, his picture is grainy.  So...

Ooooohhh... tough one. Very, very close call, but the slight bit of hill shown in ennedi's pic does it for me (if I might add a tad of critisism too: both of pics would look better with less photoediting, in this case).
