Congratulations on the HoF pic Porter. The rounds were close, and that's a good thing. Well deserved victory. Chris, you had a good pic too (and the votes seem to have reflected that).

krakola45: First, welcome to the site (I notice only 4 posts so far) I hope you'll take some time to Introduce Yourself here. As long as you voted for the one you think is best, no one will hate you (for long at least... kidding).

Now then, onto the new round at hand:
Shadow Assassin's pic shows some good terraforming and a variety of elements but I think having a bit more (or less) of the farmland in the pic would improve it for me. As it is right now, though it is a nice pic of the road travelling into the valley, something feels a bit 'off-balance' if that makes sense. I'm interested to see what you'll do with the upcoming FAR.

Wwecruz's pic, well what can I say, I like trains, so the rails are a plus and the sound walls are a good idea. The selection of just a couple buildings really focuses the pic, but not so much that the focus seems too narrow. One thing that would have been nice to see would be trimming the bottom of the pic to remove that little menu button.

Different styles this round, but a very tough decision (I know that's little comfort if the vote isn't there, but I do like them both). This round, my vote goes to Shadow Assassin.

10 people will hate me for this...

I wouldn't say 10(maybe just one or two ).  This is a pretty friendly competition, and people vote their conscience.  I personally don't take any offense to losing to a pic as good as Porter's, and particularly by a 9-10 decision .

now, back to our previously scheduled program:

wwecruz:  If I were to give a specific piece of advice here, it would be to zoom out one level.  The SG auto factory looks good, but the other building(I don't know who made it) is a little 'flat' at this zoom(the windows could have been recessed more, etc.) which detracts a little.  The rails look good, and the sound barriers are a good idea here, but I feel like there could be more.

SA:  Good use of flora, and I like the terraforming.  Like Matt said, some smooth curves would look good here, other than that it's hard to find real fault.

So I'm going with SA as well on this one

Congrats on the HoF entry, Jacob! 

wwecruz: A pretty nice shot overall.  I like your use of the sound walls next to the railroad lines, and the line of cars waiting at the intersection near the bottom looks good.  Some traffic on the street behind the buildings would've looked better, as would those streets without the ugly grass textures.

SA: Maybe a bit more traffic, but otherwise, it's a winner!  Great selection of trees and flora there.  I would've liked to see more of the water and/or farmland in the picture, although in that case less of the main focus of the picture (the road) would be shown, and that's not a compromise I'd want.  All in all, excellent.
