I'll vote for Masochist's pic. The blurring effect accentuates the tower nicely, but I think the pic on its own would have looked pretty good too. That's also a good use for the Pedriana Plant that tends to clutter my small farms from time to time.

Though I wish CasperVG luck with his bid, the banner takes up a fair bit of the pic. The pic itself is actually quite well done, but the banner does get in the way.

Its an interesting picture, Masochist, you've made the tower seem much taller than it is by including this depth-of-view effect in your image. Personally, I think there is just a little too much blurry areas compared to the sharp ones, but it helps by defining separate blocks of colour - especially with the liberal use of vivid reds, oranges and greens to contrast the dull grey of the metal and concrete.

Casper's picture is also quite well done, applying a desaturated wash makes it look like something cut straight out of a newspaper. The park lands make sense and offsets nicely with the building, I agree with Matt about the banner being slightly too big, even with the transparency, it throws the composition off-balance - I truly think it would have been better without it - for the purposes of the competition.

On these points, my vote goes to Masochist.
