My vote goes to Carmine as well. Although Simpson's picture is great with a nice collections of buildings and public spaces I don't see a single car and only a very small amount of people on the promenade. Imo it's just too desolate.

Simpsons picture is beautifully designed and shows some awesome city planning, but there is a lack of activity and the grids on the plaza spoil the scene...
CarmineHiltons picture on the other hands shows alot of activity and life going on.
Even though I like the photoshopping on Simpsons better than CarmineHiltons picture, Carmine is getting my vote...
