Interesting choices this round. Simpson's pic is a great detail shot. The raised parks are well used and are complimented by the buildings rising above it. Simple, yet elegant.

Metasmurf makes good use of Peg's harbor lots (tough to take a bad pic with them) and provides quite a bit to look at with a shot from farther out. Added details like the parking lots add a bit of realism to the pic and there is a gentle slope to the area which I like (I don't see that too often in pics). There appears to be a bit of a fender-bender in the top right too. Though there is plenty to look at, and very little repetition of buildings as far as I can see, the area still feels a bit dull (but I don't know what I would suggest changing, if anything).

It's a tough vote. Simpson's park is excellent, but I like metasmurf's urban waterfront. My vote goes to Metasmurf.

Damn, that is a hard one. Being an urban lover I think I have to go for Metasmurf. Simpson's photo effects are cool though.

I go for simpson as the picture composition is better than in metasmurf's picture. On metasmurf's picture there is too much to see  but no real center that catches the eye.
