Very tought choice with such a good pic alan_vzla...but what sorta ruined you pic very slightly is some maxis water in the pic on the lower left corner. Either way it is still a very nice pic but Ill have to go with thundercrack83 again.

Alan's pic is nice. The graceful curves of the road and the coast, and the soft focus on the pic give it a quiet, subdued feel. Thundercrack's pic though is just stunning.. The timing of the pic at sunset is a nice touch and the entire pic manages to feel dense and urban without feeling overcrowded. There is also a good selection of BATs and transportation features as well. My vote this round goes to Thundercrack83.

Casper for me too - the little icon thingy in the top right of art's picture throws it off a little too even though it's kinda obscured by the sun effect.
