The trees are too repetitively plopped  in Nardo69's pic and there's not much going on ... and imo fighter_jingyu's pic is very rich and deserves the HoF , so:

This is a tough choice.  I love both pics.  The diagonal work in fighter_jingyu's pic is most impressive.  I really like the train and tunnel entrance in Nardo's pic.  Both are very nice.

I'll have to vote for fighter_jingyu as I agree it deserves HoF status.

I'm afraid I have to go with fighter_jingyu too. He's pic is truly magnificent, and the way all those lights make that city full of life is incredible.
Sorry Bernhard, your pic is also great (/me loves trains! ), but I still have to go with the city at night.

Driftmaster07's picture isn't bad at all, but there's some little thing I don't really like. First, the curve of the RHW when it goes to the avenue, the better must be to use the smooth curves that come with the RHW. Secondly, I think, and that's my opinion, i think there's too much military trucks for that gate.. 3 or 4 are better than an entire army.. 

Sheep49's picture is nice, and show really well the characteristic British styled suburbs. The residential housing is very nice and the store in the middle of them is good. The church, the sport field, the hospital and the school are a nice touch too. Also, nice photoshopping.
