I'm sorry if the picture is a little dark, but I think the bridge lighting makes the picture look okay. The picture is supposed to look like it was taken from an airplane on a rainy night...

MG: It is supposed to look somewhat blurred then the regular image, but it certainly was not supposed to pixelate, it's supposed to look painted, if that is an accurate enough description.
