Both pics are great in thier own right and I think on another day the loosing pic to this round would win.  With that said my vote will go to io_bg for the great transit layout.  The bridge looks perfect.

I'll make if official.

I like the rural scene and appreciate all the work put into the picture. With the stones along the shore. A lot of people go crazy with logs. But Shultz has placed just two of them. And that really makes the picture good.

io_bg captures the feel of a SimCity. I like the gentle slope and transition of the highway to the bridge. The canal to the left. I'm not a fan of the way canals transition into 'real' water. But io_bg has picked the view to make the canal work to his best advantage.

Both are great pictures.

Even though I like Io_bg's picture, I'd like to challenge.

Below is my picture:

And Io_bg's picture:

May the best one win.

For me the highway is too empty considering how much of the shot it takes up, I think it would be better using an automata generator and the persistent automata mod.

Patricius Maximus has a nice picture and the layout is good, but there are far too few cars on that big expanse of highway.
