I really love the american suburbs feeling in this picture. Sorry Girafe, it was for sure a nice HoF picture.

Terring7, sorry to say that but you can't compete, as your picture doesn't show anything from the game, as the rules said,

Pictures
Obviously, they have to be from SimCity 4.  Just to make it simple, pictures can't be larger than 1024 x 760 px. in size, although recommended size is 800 x 600 px. or smaller.  It is also recommended that all pictures be in JPEG (.jpg) format.  Animations are legal, as long as they aren't too big (either physically or in file size).  Photoshopping can be used to enhance the clarity of a picture or give it focus, but don't over-do it, you know?  For example:

Everything is from Simcity, so i can compete!
Mod edit: Thanks for clarifying your picture. Now that we know it's really made in SC4 you can surely compete against Lowkee. Please understand that it was hard for us to judge whether or not it was made in SC4. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

While I do agree, Terring7's picture is original, I really want to see Lowkee33's picture go into the HOF.



To clear up the issues of yesterday and my vote, I did mess up and yes my vote was for Lowkee33 and not Girafe. Sorry for causing any confusion. I was really off yesterday.
