It has been a few days since I posted about whether or not we should change the 24 hour rule. A few members have brought up some good points. The 24 hour rule was put in place to have a new picture everyday and it's very easy to figure out the start time this way.
I'm going to leave the 24 hour in place and change the vote count from 10 to 8 to try and spend up the rounds. But I would also suggest more people join in on the voting.

This thread was started on March 26, 2007.....that makes about 620 views per day. If just 2% more voted......

Both are really great pics, kelis' church along the canal is pretty awesome, but in the end my vote goes to Republic, as you all know I have a soft spot for industrail sectors and this one looks very well done.
