Looks like a reskin of the default Maxis Santa Fe engine.

As much as I like Kergelen's pic, I like trains more (and zoom 6). Great composition

It's a lot of work to make streams look real and this one's well done.   The rain looks more photoshop than real since rain doesn't start above the clouds.
