I missed the last couple contests and didn't get my chance to vote for "Moonlite."  Then Praiodan shows up with a great city shot... and I find myself torn.  The skyline looks great without being too dense... great balance.  However, I have to stick with Barby on this one... but barely.

Barby's is a simply beautiful pic. Highly detailed (as a close up like that should be) and it works well with the editing done to it.

Praiodan's (as JBSimio said) has a very balanced skyline which is difficult to achieve (at least for me). The single reflection of light is a bit much (and in my opinion takes away from the pic a bit) but the detail and work that went into the infrastructure really stands out: the glr winding through the streets that are winfing through the buildings.

My vote is for Praiodan 3/1

This is indeed a very difficult choice...

Marrast seawalls on both side of the CBD are fantastic, the density of the town is very variable...
But the tranquility of the Moonlight Flowers is to appealing so my vote goes again to that picture.  4/1 for the Goddess.
