Pat Riot, the house and logs (in fact, these are loggers at work, but it is not visible at this zoom) are parts of the PEG's MTP theme pack. You can find it at Simpeg site. The MTP theme consists of several parts, it is good to complete them all.
The fishing stuff you can find at the NOB's site (scroll this page down). What you see on this picture are lots from a Fishing Port Expansion Pack, you must download also the Fishing Port Set.

Wow, those are some sweet beaches, but I'll have to go with dsrwhat316's, the wall leading down to the beach is just too cool and the whole scene has that neon-florescent glow like you might expect of Miami or another city of that sort.
