Both pics really have quite a bit of detail and subtlties. The_Hutt's has that little canal bridge next to the GLR bridge and does a good job of showcasing that BAT. Penguin's has a very clean look/theme overall and the added rain really seems to add something. I think that I will vote for penguin007.
