Hmmm, I think we need a ruling here. A viaduct is a bridge composed of several small spans which does not apply in either instance here, and depending on interpretation of the pics, both could be considered one span bridges.

My vote is for The Hutt, which on current count would make it

8-5 The Hutt.

I'm sticking with paroch's interpretation of HandsOn's vote here though.

I'm more inclined to think the viaduct referred to the arched bridge than Marrast's underpass.

In other words, the score is still 9-8 with The_Hutt in the lead.
We still need at least one more vote...

I was also able to see your picture at first, CarmineHilton, but then it was gone...
I've also noticed myself that pictures I've recently uploaded to ImageShack get lost more often than before...

Maybe it is time to switch over to using PhotoBucket instead...

Anyways, now that I can see the pictures, I'll vote for CarmineHilton's surrealistic waterfront.

CarmineHilton's picture is very original and it definitely should be appreciated.
The photo-editing is very good

It is extremely difficult to find a good place for such building as this golden one at the right side of the waterfront
I also understand the idea of construction works. But as everything else, the construction area should be finished to look natural

If you would fill these few tiles at the left side by dirt pieces, this area wouldn look artificial. Also, roadworks at the right side look great, but it would be better if you would make a road again instead of dirt at the right side of the roadworks area.
These are little things of course and very subjective.
But at Manuel/s picture everything is perfectly finished and it's enough for me.

Edit: Chrisim, many people edit their pictures preparing them for competition, it is nothing bad if only they don't make photo-editing instead of good picture

But of course you don't need to like it
