I'll vote for Heblem. The little texture thing with the ramp is a bit off, but all of the custom parts of the pic more than make up for it.

Heblem gets my vote this time round. It would have been a perfect image if it wasn't for that on-ramp problem. N1, excellent city you've got there, it's just that I find that overview shots don't usually work against high detailed close up pics, maybe zoom in for your next one?
