I'll have to go with Dsrwhat's picture this time around... it has a very nice sharp quality to it and it's a lively scene, with all of the cars traveling on the roads.  His editing of the buildings and lots really paid off in the fact that the textures match together flawlessly.

Bigberta's pic is really good - but for my taste a bit heavy on the PhotoShopping.  drswhat's pic makes very good use of the NAM pedmalls, so it gets my vote.
