The original JEC Eiffel Tower takes 8x8 tiles, but N1_2888 managed to scale the building to 6x6 tiles without having access to the original gmax model.
So my vote goes to him - and I like his picture much better:

N1 - that is an amazingly good Paris recreation.  I know from my Amsterdam inspired city I'm working on now, just how long that must have taken.  My only "negative" comment is that the golf course looks a littel out of place so close in the city centre.

But even with that it is a fantastic picture and gets my vote.
