Well, the official rules than.

"You can only vote once per round, and the people who posted the pictures can't vote that round."

So with that said the correct score is,

warszawa - 1
ejc - 3

Methinks, there'll be a Florida-style recount here: star.torturer made it 3 - ejc to 2 warszawa. But then rooker1 set it back to 2:2???  :-\

I shall abstain until that's sorted..

it is sorted out Handson as Robin has made an offical ruling and the score would stand at a tie for 2-2 as per the rules set up awhile ago that the person who has entered the compitetion can not vote durning the round they are in...
