Good technical skills (both in and out of game) on show from both entries in the latest round.

My personal taste leans me more towards Callbat with good building variety and a not-too-thick-and-not-too-thin-smog.

If I may offer my thoughts on A random Serbian Downtown for the author:
The composition looks off-balance with large objects working as a barrier that seems to "seal off" the image and draws attention away from the roadways. Contrast is probably also slightly higher than "desired" and has removed some of the details that would have been apparent in the shadows.

So my vote goes to Callbat

Just for the record, I really like when people give meaningful comments about the pics, whether good or bad with good reason and ideas on how it could be improved.  It shows some real thought was put into the vote.  Not that everyone doesn't put though into thier votes.

The use of the MIS for the road layout in warszawa is a very innovative idea. I also like the inclusion of the trees to make that avenue. The plaza/paths on the left look good and really show some smooth use of diagonals. I agree with etherian about some of the photoshopping effects, but the pic as a whole still looks pretty good. Callbat's pic is, again, well done, but it is going to be edged out slightly.
