I always think its important not to overdo certain effects and just let the game and your fingers do the talking. For art128's picture, the clouds and chrome water add a nice touch but I think the lens flare was a little too much, I would suggest using it sparingly in any situation. In any case, I believe the rest of the scene is well done enough without the extra elements.

As for rooker1, I like the use of original buildings - believe it or not, the oil powerplant is one of my favourite buildings in SC4, especially at night. I think this point is also why its makes an outstanding image, its always a challenge to offer a different perspective by using things that we are all familiar with. Excellent work on your part Robin.

With these points, I will be voting for rooker1.

This is interesting.

Art, I like yours, but I'm no stranger to coastal fog, and unfortunately, you have it backwards. The fog should be over the water; the sun should be inland. That kind of killed it for me.

So I'll toss my vote to Rooker for this round for the kill.
