Nas-t's picture is another good challenge, but a couple things gave my vote to Sam Johnson.  The industrial zones along the diagonal road create those ugly jagged patches of grass, and I don't like how sharp that curve is in the upper right corner.  The jagged edges look fine next to the seawalls, but it could've been prevented on the zoned side with the SFBT Diagonal Filler Lots (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1197).

Sam Johnson - 6

nas-t - 3

I'll go with nas-t for this round.
