hmm difficult! I like both pictures a lot, but I like I9113N's just a little bit more

I can see hard, detailed work on Neofita's scene, but two things bother me about it. The white rocks do not appear (to me) to have an origin. Realizing grey rocks would have blended in, they would have been more realistic (to me). And, something about the boat below the elbow, seems odd, but that is minor. I do like the colors in 19113N's scene, they are balanced to the eye, and do like the canal side plaza. Therefore

EQ's picture is nice and I it's colourful, but Neofita's pictures is better IMO.
