I kinda feel that Noachlem's pic is a bit incoherent in terms of building styles and height. Jayster's pic has a better harmony in that respect. Also, I notice that a lot of work went into making the waterfront. So, although I'm not a fan of photoshoping, my vote goes to Jayster.
