My Newest Project is Midwestern - North Eastern High Speed Rail : Sim City 4 Style,  i'll follow the routes that the HSR will take and recreate the cities to the Best That i can, note this won't be totally realistic, i'll try though.

Nice work, the downtown looks great so far! I especially like the usage of HSR, something that I've had for a long time and that I still haven't used  You inspired me with it, I hope I'll be realize my HSR ideas
The only thing that I didn't like is the at-grade avenue-rail crossing, if I were you, I'd try to avoid such crossings
