Looking through the CAMelots, the Key Tower doesn't have much competition among the 3x4 tiles R$$ lots. The next biggest building that fits in that size of lot has about half the population. My main city is getting pretty dense and this skyscraper is popping up all over the place. I like how it looks, but I'd like to have a little variety. The Key Tower R$$ has 10,000+ occupants and is stage 15. I'd love another building around that size or even a little smaller. I'm open to how it looks.

Hopefully it will benefit other players with dense cities too.

I'm also getting tons of PVM2 CO$$$ office towers. Are there any alternative buildings that could grow with that lot size? If not, one of those would be nice too. The main tower of First Canadian Place (in Toronto) could be good for that. The typical floor size is 31000 square feet and the floors are all the same size except the podium (a lot bigger, it would have to be downsized to fit in a 4x4 lot). 72 stories, 298m tall (355m with antenna).

Aura at college park (also in Toronto) is probably a good candidate for the alternative to Key Tower. If you go on google earth, it will be built where the parking lot is on the NW corner of Yonge and Gerrard which seems to be about 3x4 tiles in size. Here's there website for some renderings: http://www.collegeparkcondos.com/pages/location.html
