Deleting Files From Plugins And Files Are Still There

Um im having this problem where i delete files manually from my plugins folder and when i start the game again the mods or bats are still in the game. Does anyone know why, Can anyone Help??   %confuso

It would be much appreciated.

If you don't bulldoze the lots before you delete them then they will still show up.  If you only delete the LOT file then the models will still show on the lot, otherwise it will probably be empty.
