Hi there :)

Gotta ask..

If I have downloaded a great looking low-density house created by someone else, is it possible to have it replace one of the original buildings; oh.. I don't know... let's say.. the Bungalow?

Cheers ^^

Yes, it is possible, but you would have to use iLive's Reader for it.
It is also important that the new model is roughly the same size as the ingame building being replaced.

1. Find the ingame building exemplar for the building (e.g. Bungalow) you want to be replaced.
2. Save that building exemplar as an external dat file.
3. Replace the Resource Key Type 1 in that building exemplar with the address of the model you want to replace it with (that TGI address is normally saved in the filename of the SC4Model - the three hex numbers after the model name).
