I don't have the time for replying individually, sorry ()sad() (I gotta go to bed in a bit)
Battlecat, Tomas Neto, BarbarossaS, 976, Earth quake, Sciurus, Bobbi, djvandrake - Thank you, guys!
soulchaser and art128 - It's quite easy - I downloaded some lots from a Japanese site (sorry, I don't remember which one exactly &ops). They're overhanging and extend under bridges. They also convert the traffic from the avenue to subways on both ends, so we can say that the crossing is functional ;)
vtm.vic - Thanks for commenting here! Your region looks really good!

Update 12

Today I'll show you more from the latest city. Enjoy! :)

Don't forget to comment after viewing, it won't cost you more than a minute or two! ;)

That's a nice looking urban area!  Your shoreline looks great and you've got some lovely green space tucked into that urban area!  Looking forward to seeing more!

Glowbal

Very very very nice! I see you use dutch traffic lights?  ::)

I love the mix of buildings!

I believe this is the first time I've visited your MD and since you've commented in my MD, I'll return the favor  ;)

All the open plazas, parks and walkways you've shown here look great. I also noticed some custom lotting and re-lotting, which is something I can appreciate  ::) Lot re-sizing, too? I see you've used all the tricks to make your MD stand out and I commend you on that. I'll be sure to make a return visit soon!

Heh, I thought I saw abandoned buildings, but they actually were aged buildings.  Nice mix of buildings: lots of wall-to-wall midrises and a couple of high rises mixed in between looks quite natural.

Uhm.. Now that I know your secret for the avenue, I can tell it to the CIA..  $%#Ninj2
Nah, just kidding, excellent update my friend, I really loved that three mosaics. Your use of custom content and personal lots is really good. Also, good work with your choice of buildings, they fit perfectly with each other. I think in these mosaics, the park is really the thing that catch the eyes, I liked it very much with the big central walkways.

Take care,
-Arthur.

Awesome city..., another great update my friend!!!  &apls

djvandrake

Very nice!  I especially like your park and those shoreline plazas.

Ioan, I'm sorry for missing your eleventh update, the recent update is wonderful, I especially love that bridge in the beginning of your first mosaic  &apls
I also noticed that there's a street running under that bridge... I guess you did that with the lot resizing method, pretty cool

Keep up the fine work,
Fabian

BarbarossaS

Good to see you still have large, open green spaces in your busy city! I like it.

Earth quake

Beautiful Update.
Your mosaic and your CBD are really splendid.
Your "CBD" is really realistic and I like the small park in the middle, which gives impression to be in a small Manhattan.
The reproaches would be that I find that on your pictures, there are not enough vehicles.

gottago

Love the way you handled the bridge approach--very well planned there!

vtm.vic - Thanks, my friend!
Battlecat - Thank you, there's more below ;)
Glowbal - Yes, I do because I'm tired of the old Maxis ones :)
dsrwhat316 - Thanks and welcome to Pirgos :) You're right about lotting and reloting, however, I haven't used the lot resizing technique, the avenue under the bridge is made of overhanging lots I downloaded from a Japanese site ;)
sumwonyuno - Yeah, before taking the pics I also noticed that but I thought it's usual to see such a thing in a big city :)
joelyboy911 - Thanks, Joel!
Bobbi - Thank you, Bobbi!
art128 - No, please, do not tell that secret! $%Grinno$%
Tomas Neto - Thanks, my friend!
djvandrake - Thanks to you, too!
Fabian93 - Don't worry about that, I'm glad you comment here so often! As I said in the reply to Dan, I used overhanging lots for the avenue going under the bridge :)
BarbarossaS - Thanks! I decided to make a large park in the middle of the city which is inspired by Central park in NY ;)
Earth quake - Thank you, unfortunately it's not always possible to get enough traffic in the streets...
[gottago - Thanks for stopping by here!

Update 13

Today I had some free time and decided to make a new update :) The downtown also has some new additions :P
At noon the weather wasn't really nice...

However, after the sun went down, the weather changed and the sky became clear (as far as you can see it during night ;D)

That's all for today, hope you enjoyed this update :)

Waow..
Another quite excellent update, Ioan !
The first mosaic is very nice, I like the newest additions to the downtown, like the Empire State Building, that fit really well onto the atmosphere of the downtown. The art-deco style is really something you can make easily, with a fantastic result, as we can see in this update, and in the past ones. Also, the W2W development, both European and American low wealth, is very well added in that city, and had all its loveliness in these pictures. The railway is nicely putted there, although, I think the underground parking lot isn't at the best place, it looks like the road is going to the rail tracks..
The second mosaic, is by far the best night shot I ever seen, It looks like a real New York City shot. With all these lights, that make your city full of life, by day, and more by night. Although, some building looks like ghost with these lights (the bright white ones.. )  :P Anyway, fantastic shot, as the second night mosaic. I really would like to walk in a city like that, it must be really pleasant ! Also, I like how, on both night and day mosaics, you managed to ensure that certain buildings stand out of the others one, showing all their charms, their qualities and their beauty.

Take care,
-Arthur.
