Nice update, I like the city. However, i'm not kind of the rain effect, it's too much. You'll never see such a rain in a city and plus you need to put down the saturation and the luminosity..

For the parking lot problem, I meant like one in your past updates, that huge stadium parking lot. It was quite hard to find a good example from your MD. Also, where do you get your rail catenary mod?
