Chartville gets an interchange for the highway. 

Excuse my poor skills. This my very first interchange. Took over 45 minutes to complete.

Hamlet of Stewart see population rise to over 3,000. The highway comes to town. 

Local taxes fund wind farm.

Today we will revisit Clifton Hills (pop 8250)

First up a view from above. There are currently three major towns.


We will visit Aspen Grove, which is famous throughout the area for their very nice aspen trees.
This secluded hamlet is only reach via one road.
