weird CTD

I had some weird CTD today after dwnloading some new stuff from the STEX LEX and PLEX.
this is what the report says. I don't have a clue what is means maybe some of you out there knows what's wrong?

What kind of stuff did you download? Try taking out all the new stuff, then seperate it into LEX, PLEX, and STEX folders, then add the folders in one at a time, trying the game out in between. That may narrow down the issue.
