Quoteadded a few more strollers to the "test track".

A test track?    :)    Very creative.

Here's a pic of Ritter's that grew in one of my test cities (finally). ;D  Apparently, my demand wasn't high enough before.  To get this to grow, use of the control key is a must.  Testing will continue, for at least another week, to be sure everything works according to plan, but it looks ok so far.  I, also, plopped Jeroni's canals along it.  They're looking pretty spiffy.

oldrogue

Oh Yeah, that looks very nice......trouble is I only have about 20 or 30 cities where it would look good right now ::)......will struggle with the waiting for another week tho......and thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication.

Thanks for your comments folks.  I'm glad you like it.  Also, since it's now on the LEX, I thought I'd show you a test render of one in my queque.  This is the main building for Acme Cold Storage.  I have two others started and may add a fourth.  This will be a rather large lot, since it'll be surrounded by a fence. grass and trees.  There'll also be a gatehouse and some other stuff.  Cheers!

You keep on amazing me... just released one, and yet another one in the pipeline and three more to come.
The larger the plant the better - as more realistic imo. Do you make it TE for trucks?

Great work on Ritter's.  And this new biulding looks awesome.  I'm with sebes the bigger the lot the better for me.  I love big industrial/manufacturing lots.

Oh Yeah on the cold storage.....I do mostly ag areas and that would be perfect..... also like the largggggge plants, for a small town that would rely on one major industry........ Looks very nice by the way......am going off now to bait my breath and wait

Glad you all like it.  Here's another test render pic.  I gathered all the models into the BAT so I could get a feel for how the lot would look.  This is the result so far.  The asphalt texture is the one I'll use for the lot's base textures.  To this I'll add parking lines, and whatever else needs to be there,  then cut the 128x128 sections out of it.  Still much to do; model and texture tweaking, make more props, yada, yada.  ;D   Cheers!

Gecko

Ah lovely! I don't know what to say really. I just hope you put some great textures on it. ;D

sebes

Nice size!

I just think that the yellow building in front of the main entrance of the main building is a bit a -stand-in-the-way... Unless we're looking at the back of the lot? If not, I guess it would look better if it was 2 tiles more to the right

I like the layout, kind of agree with Sebes....looking at it like that...the big rigs comming in by that gate would have a sharp left to make....although to would work.... continue the turn till you're face the fence and then back into your slot.... ok... either way..... ;D
