"Avenue cross mod" wanted

This was a mod that added Asian-style markings (i.e., left turn pullthroughs and such) to your avenue intersections in the middle, and modified the turn-lane appearance slightly as well. I had it and lost it; and I've been scouring for it, with no luck. Anyone can help?
