  Release version 0.9, which fixes a crash when reading some types of uncompressed records. With this fix, I was able to load into a city with @hugues aroux's UI Carbon Skin mod installed. I hope it also fixes the other crashes people were seeing.

  Two new diamonds from me, along with an enhancement to a existing 3-way Diamond underpass. Instantly became crazy overwhelmed so soon widened it to a avenue -- A quickchange diamond overpass Again, this became overwhelmed once I made it so widened to avenue -- To prep for highway widening north, expanded these connections from 1 to 2 lanes Zoom out showcasing the absurdly long NB FARHW connector ramp

  Hi @joshlore try starting the game with an empty Plugins folder (copy your folder first to have a backup of your mods already installed) and see if everything is ok in the Rewards menu. If so, an installed mod is a problem! More info on the file you wanted to install would be useful.

  Hello! Null asked me to time my loading times with a stopwatch and here are the results. Using Beta version 0.8.1. Into is off. I have a SSD. Tested each case twice for accuracy and timings were very close! --- Loading the game from startup to region view. First load after booting PC. I have 10.4GB of plugins. Without dll- 5m, 44s With dll- 3m, 26s Result- game loads ~40% faster with this dll installed. --- Loading a very dense city tile (large) with 3 million sims and 1.3 million jobs from region view Without dll- 6m, 22s with dll- 6m, 11s Result- city loads ~3% faster with this dll installed. --- Total time going from game launch to city Without dll- 12m, 6s With dll- 9m, 37s A time savings of ~20%

  I allow it. But I recommend uploading it as an independent upload. If you do that I think you should communicate with @thecitiescenter to edit his upload and set your file as one of the dependence for this file. Just decide which is the most convenient way for you. I don't mind it. ( @sejr99999 Sorry. I spell "recommend" incorrectly. Hoping I didn't let you misunderstand)

  You can use PeaZip, a free alternative to WinZip, to open the installer as an archive and extract the files you need one by one. I find it less of a hassle when doing it this way, and I don't like things being installed in the background without knowing what is being installed because someone could slip a virus in or overwrite previous data I want to keep. I'm also not a fan of the latest trend of creating dat bundles, or whatever you want to call them. And I wish the original filenames would remain intact so that people could identify what to download to make a mod work.

  I recommend that you create a specific Thread for your problem specifying the version of SC4 and the specifications of your computer to get a resolution of the problem. Launchers have been hidden on the site because they have been made obsolete by the new mod DLLs that do a more efficient job than launchers in addition to fixing several bugs that have been discovered and were conflicting with the mod DLLs so it is recommended to install the mod DLLs than to use the old methods

  These buildings shift toward square and rectangular shapes. Though many old styled, Terrace buildings remain.
  The emphasis is on The Arcologies being Original and or lesser known tiles. Mainly building clusters!
