More to come soon!
Awesome start, fantastic work!!! &apls &apls
Very nice! Looking forward to more!
-Jordan
Good to see you here, Clint. Havn't seen much new work from Dutch Columbia on the forums, and an excellent start you've given us!
Ethan
You are certainly starting out in the most spectacular way. I really enjoyed reading your introduction to Dutch Columbia, I can't help myself thinking you must have some kind of connection to either Denmark or Holland?
The graphics work looks excellent and your first images are equally well done.
A very nice start Clint.
I like the way you photoshopped in the flags into the map, awesome idea. The city looks great and the brief bit about the history too.
Robin
Awesome start here I love the college in autumn and the downtown area looks great
Will
Well it's a fantastic start! Great mosaic and details all around!
The urban park area near the river/sea is stunnning. Reminds me abit of Abu Dhabi and the way theyve set things up over there.
Overall, this is as good a start as one can ask for :)
WOW bright on the eyes. ;) :o
I agree with scott1964! $%Grinno$%
It's wonderful! &apls &apls
Guillaume
Looking good so far, although the station looks a bit like the one from (old) Amsterdam.
on a side note: "kingdom of Dutch Columbia" translates to "Koninkrijk Nederlands Columbia", the "van" is not necessary here (nitpicking, I know :P)
Also, I'm not sure if you know, but New York was originally named New Amsterdam.

Thanks! Yeah I kinda wanted to have some Dutch architecture incorporated into the city. Thanks for the help on the translation, I've heard different ones and I'm not sure which one is right haha. Yes I do know that New York was once New Amsterdam and that's where I got the name. :)
I really like the way you present New Amsterdam, Clint. It really does end up giving us a wonderful effect. The picture of the boulevard by the canal is also wonderfully beautiful.
Ethan
Nice start to your MD! I like your downtown and the canal drive.
I'm sorry to nitpick as well - Ducth Columbia would translate into Hollandsk Columbia (without the e) and likewise Kingdom of Dutch Columbia would be Kongeriget Hollandsk Columbia.
I'm looking forward to hygge ;)
&apls nice sEAhAwk!!!!!!!!!!
i'm proud! ()stsfd()
FLEDDY! AHHH! :o I missed you. :'(
Great start! I particularly like the CBD and the park next to the shore as well as the small river in the last picture - very inspiring!
Very nice! I especially like the Canal!
-Jordan
WOW at those night shots, especially the mosaic. Truly stunning!
For the very first picture, is that a picture of a real life city or something you created? If you did create it, how did you do it?
Again, the mosaic, just stunning.
I really like how you present your city. The night shots are spectacular. Noord Canal Drive is a particular favorite. Great work.
Geoff
Great shots! I really like how you've put your waterfronts together!
Waow Waow and waow!! I can't believe it!! We could believe that's a real city, and particullary with THIS IMAGE (http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x262/seahawk121/NA2-2.jpg) :o :o :o :o

Looks like Chicago, though I could be wrong.
Beautiful work! Placing all that sandstone would make me want to pull my hair!
Another great update!!!
Amazing pictures again I love the canal and the night pics look perfect
Will
&apls i like those bridges and the night pictures are stunning, beautifull city.
Well this is certainly looking like a financial powerhouse. I like the Noord Canal Drive, I think it is great when there are some features in a MD that are not packed with buildings.
Being dutch myself I feel honoured by this MD. Beautiful shots, a true display of perfection.
As more here I especially like the Noord Canal Drive, it has a Dutch feel to it too.

Today we're going to be taking a look at one of New Amsterdam's most famous landmarks. This landmark has only been completed for around 2 years but it has already become a symbol of the city. The New Amsterdam TV Tower is the tallest structure in New Amsterdam surpassing the Royal Dutch Columbian Bank Center by only 10 meters.

The tower is 590m which ranks it in the top 10 freestanding structures in the world and is located on the renovated New Amsterdam Old Harbor District as its centerpiece.

This tower is a really nice creation for sure. Plus the way you shown it with your mosaic (by night !) is awesome and make it looking even more good ! Great work with the plaza-dock where it stands, I guess the tower is on a circular canal, right ?
Arthur.
Fantastic mosaic!!!
Wow! Great tower mosaic! I'm sure the residents of New Amsterdam are proud of it!
Your friend,

That is a cool building! Great to see such a neat mosaic!
