I downloaded a few things which I do not need or want. I've searched my plugins folder but I can't find them anywhere for example: Newman Inc CCPW Cal's Version or the seaplane base. I want to remove them from the game but I just don't know where they are!       I know when I install some things it creates a new directory and what are those and how do I get to them??

TheTeaCat

Hi

If you used the installers at the time you will find those files in your plugins folder.

My Docs\Simcity4\Plugins\Newman Inc\CCPW Cals Version. should be the path you need.

make sure you delete any lots in game before you remove them from your plugin folder to avoid conflicts

As for the seaplane I am afraid I can't help you there  ()sad()

hope that helps a bit.

Also check your main Maxis\SimCity 4(RH/Deluxe)\Plugins folder, where ever you put that, usually in C:\Program Files. Some STEX installers like to hide things in there.

All SFBT uploads are usually done by me, so go to the LEX, click on "Power Search", and select "Andreas" from the list. For the updated Marrast Underpasses, however, we decided to release them via the "BSC Custodian" account, so pick that one and jump to the end of the list.

BLS can be found under BarbyW as the creator/designer on the LEX, you'll also find Glenni, prepo and MAS71 that way as well. For CdS lots, search for ripptide in creators. All SNM lots can be found using the Broad Category search option, under SNM - Military. You may want to check out this thread http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=3014.msg93502#msg93502  for any other lots that you need.

Well what I'm trying to do is delete them from my computer completly. What I've been doing is going through Windows Explorer the going to the plugins folder for Sim City 4 but these paticular ones aren't there.
BLS Tribunal BSC
SNM Navy Dry Dock
Marrast Underpasses Updated SFBT BSC
Glenni Waterfront Warehouses
SNM Navy Base Set
Prepo W2W Diagonal
SNM Navy Specials
MAS71 Yamato Ship IHT Naval Station
I use the search tool on Windows Explorer and what I need for these things are paths like this My Docs\Simcity4\Plugins\Newman Inc\CCPW Cals Version I don't know where to put the names and stuff etc. in  this path. So PLEASE help  thank you!

You want to remove them all? The best way would be to create a text file, with the information you do know. Save that file as a *.txt then run it through the Cleanitol program. You can use * (Shift+8) as a variable, for file extension, or any other missing info.

So your file may look something like this:
BLS*.*
SNM*.*
Glenni*.*
Marrast*.*
Prepo*.*
MAS71*.*

Cleanitol will then tell you exactly where any files with those names are located within your PlugIns folder. Scroll through your results and find the specific files you want to delete, and do so from within Windows Explorer. (Or you could simply use the Search function within Windows, but that would be boring).

existenz

Or you will find nearly all of them in the BSC folder under BLS,SNM,BSC Custodian,Marrast and Prepo. Look for Mas71 in his own folder and Glenni also in his own folder.
