Hey all.  Love the site.
So I've been building a new kingdom on the Chetwoot map, enjoying lots of BSC goodies among others.  I was maybe 10 hours in.  No problems before today other than the usual brown boxes signaling a missing pack, and the common SC4 crash.  So on my last playthrough on my farming region, I earned SimGoober's rum distillery as well as the BSC farming co-op and placed both.  They look fine and the queries work.  All was fine until maybe a half hour later the sound stuttered and it was time to hit the reset button -- normal playing experience.  When I booted up next time, I selected the regional farming report as usual and the game froze.  I could pull up the task manager and shut it down; it wasn't a complete system halt.  So now selecting either a farming or population report automatically freezes the game.  Clicking 'proceed to city' allows me to go to the city and it runs normally as long as the game is paused.  I resume time and after about 3 game days pass it freezes the same way.  It happens in any and every region now.
I have 2 gigs of memory, so that's not the problem.  My only new downloads are dependencies.  No other hardware or software changes recently.  I've tried to play with all and with none of my background programs\processes, no effect.  The only differences between when it worked and when it now doesn't is regional growth and the placement of the two rewards I mentioned.  I have SC4D, all patched and updated.  Let me know what other info would be helpful.

ADD:  I've deleted both rewards, saved and exited, and returned to the region, to no avail.

Would it be more effective if I posted this on the BSC forum?

Well, I suggest you give it a try without any plugins at all. If it still happens, then you need to reinstall SC4. If not, you need to remove all of your plugins and add them one folder at time. When you get to the folder that causes the CTD, it becomes much easier to solve.
