In the image below you will see that one wall is sort of curved.  What I need to do is to make a plain that will act as it's roof, it will be a flat top roof and needs to conform to the round corner walls so that it doesn't stick out like the plain that is the bottom floor.

Any solutions to do this?

Two options I can think of:
-Make a plane and manually adjust the segement points

-or-

-In the top view, use lines (and arcs where necessary) to trace the shape with snap settings on. Attach all lines together, ensure the edges are welded just in case (to avoid graphic issues), and extrude (adjusting to fit). Good luck with your project.

The easiest way I can think of is to navigate into the top view port, and using the line tool to make an outline of the walls.  Then, with the line selected, extruding that by going into the modifier panel, and finding extrude.

Thanks for the replies.  I think the most simplest solution was to scrap the wall and just put an arc there and adjust it to be a slice of pie and the right dimmensions to produce a quarter of a pie which yielded a nice smooth corner which was what I had been trying to attempt to do with the wall tool which wasn't going to work.

how do i make this shape?

what im trying to do is bend wall with the windows in it. any way to do it or does it have to be a boolean shape?
gmax.

ps the grid looks a little distorted

Anything bends in Polymodeling program like GMAX, or MAX only at the edges. So to bend your wall you have to create those adges cutting through all and every opening on it. Also smoothness of the resulting bend is dependent on the number of edges.
You cut create as many edges as necessary (and in absolutely arbitrary places with SLICE modifier. The down side of it that you'll have to do it 1 edge at the time. So, apply Slice modifier, adjust (move/rotate) slicing plane as needed. choose "refine geometry" as modifier outcome. After that convert you your wall back to editable poly or mesh and repeat the process all over till you'll have all the edges you need.
When done apply bend modifier/modifiers...

If some part is unclear, just tell me which and I see if I could somehow re-word it...
