I think that Porter's pic needs to be in the HoF, it just looks excellent with the selection of building's he's used and that rain is amazing.
Russell's pic is nice, might of got my vote if he'd used more variety of buildings and seawalls.
So Porter gets my vote making it 8-4 to him.

Russell's is great, except that the canal should be wider and needs to have seawalls.  Porter's screams quality at me, so I'll go with him.

I'll have to dig a bit deeper in the archives next time for a win... great battle though...  Did you all notice the guy jumping out the window as the ladies old man is getting home from work (the breifcase) 



as for a vote.... Russell... good picture but a bit to much on the red side.. and a wider cannal w/ a seawall set or something to hide the flat dirt texture would have made it a great industrial cannal scene..

so my vote goes to porter....  great color... though its hard to see what the focas is... the near center object should be the point you want people to see... though the taxi stopped at the cross walk works.

Your port entrance is a bit narrow, so you should install traffic lights in it (over water for ships, under water for whales)
