In my quest to rebuild my plugins folder, I lost my ploppable construction-looking lots that make an upward hill leading to a bridge and a downward hill leading to a tunnel if you drag a road/avenue out from the lot. Any help finding these would be much appreciated.

You mean the [Hole-Digging Lots] by smoncrie?

Alternatively, you can also use the Hole Digger Lots by Shadow Assassin, available here (LEX) (CasperVg - 11/29/08 CET)
