needing help with any ks_jpn props all vols

Hello, I am needing to know where I can actually dl these. I went to the dep. list and have tried for the last 2 days to dl these, but it does not give me the option, I am logged in and everything so that is not it.  Any help would be great b/c I am using CAm and I have a brown box for the stage 8, marina villa.  Thanks in advanced.
