Great!  Another jestarr masterpiece to play with ... thank you very much.

Thanks for uploading this farm!!

Here's a little CS$1 lot that will be coming to the LEX soon.  I've made a few of this type previously.  The idea is to provide some commercial buildings that mostly blend in with an industrial section.  There will also be a similar I-m1 lot, with a rear loading dock and slightly different front.  Cheers!

Great looking building to fill in those tiny niches that always needs filling in the industrial zones ...

Great little industrial building!

Yes- this one comes indeed very handy when filling in the smaller strips in  the industrial areas.  &apls

You are definately the industrial guru.  I love your lots.  Great work!  I wish there was more large industrial lots.  hint hint.

These up and coming lots are a slight deviation from my usual fare.  The first is another that I'd done quite some time ago, and just recently "rediscovered". :D  It's something very common at sporting events in the U.S., where tailgating parties are more in vogue than the game itself.  A semi-inflatable beer stand and, in this case, sporting the Budweiser livery. ;D

Next up is one I've been fiddling with for a couple of months.  I had to redo it, from an early backup, due to file corruption.  This is the Cajun Queen Riverboat Casino (something very popular around here).  This craft really exists, however it's an excursion boat in real life.  This will be lotted to use Simgoober's and maybe Peg's canals (if I can get SG's canals to cooperate, that is). :P    Cheers!

This boat looks fantastatic and the beer stand, too!

What a great idea with the beer tent!     It's almost amazing that no one ever thought of that before...  :D  The casino boat also looks great!

Thanks for your comments.  I'm glad you like them. ;D  Continuing on, I was browsing the internet and came across an interesting building, (at least I thought so). :D  So, last night I started working on it. and this is a pic of my first test render.  There's much still to do , and some areas that need fixing, but this will give you an idea of what Schwartz Chemical will look like.  The building is roughly 4x6 tiles, but with extras added, it'll probably end up a 6x8.  Anyway here's the pic.  Cheers!

Cali

wow, looks impressive.  a quick question, are you going to try and make it a little more dirtier? cuz thats one clean factory

wonderful factory! Great roof!

@ Cali:  The model doesn't have any textures applied yet.  The colors are the default GMax colors.  It'll look much different soon. ;D
