Callbat's pic is a good layout of a city/plaza, but one thing that I notice is that there are a fair number of people around the thing in the center but only 1 car and no pedestrians anywhere else. Something about that just seems off/unusual. There may be a good reason for it, but from what I can tell, it's not evident in the pic. With that said, good pic. However, my vote goes to Praiodan.

My vote is based off of the same reasons threestooges pointed out, and one more: Those grass textures left by road corners and the street that goes halfway across the avenue really kill the look of a more urban area.  If those things weren't present, then that would be one perfect shot.  So, here's another vote for Praiodan.
